Terms of Use
Last Updated: September 7, 2026
These Terms of Use, together with the Acceptable Use Policy below (collectively, the “Terms”), are a legal agreement between you and Unimetatech Limited (“Unimetatech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of http://youshortz.com/ and any related website, application, player, feature, or service that links to these Terms (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service may provide access to video and other digital entertainment content. The Service currently does not allow users to create, upload, publish, distribute, or otherwise submit user-generated content. It also does not currently provide comments, forums, messaging, or community-posting functions.
Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy, as made available through the Service, before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. If you are under that age, you may use the Service only where permitted by applicable law and with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and will comply with all applicable laws. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Changes to these Terms and the Service
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and change the “Last Updated” date above. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Service after an updated version becomes effective means that you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Service.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, including content, features, operating hours, and supported devices. We will not remove a paid feature during a paid period except where permitted by law, required for security or legal reasons, or otherwise addressed by the applicable purchase terms.
3. Information about us and contact
The Service is operated by Unimetatech Limited.
For questions, support requests, billing issues, or legal notices, contact us at:
Email: contact@unimetatv.com
Website: http://youshortz.com/
If we need to contact you about your account or a transaction, we may use the email address or other contact information you provide through the Service.
4. Accounts and account security
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete, and to update it when it changes. You must keep your login information confidential and are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.
Do not share, sell, rent, transfer, or give unauthorized access to your account. You must promptly contact us at contact@unimetatv.com if you believe that your account or credentials have been used without authorization. We may require additional information when reasonably necessary to verify an account, process a transaction, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
5. Limited right to use the Service
Subject to these Terms and any applicable purchase terms, Unimetatech grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may access the Service only through the interfaces and devices we authorize. Except where we expressly permit it or applicable law prohibits the restriction, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, republish, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service;
- modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer the Service;
- record, capture, retransmit, broadcast, publicly perform, or make the Service or its content available to others;
- download or store content except through an expressly provided or authorized feature;
- use bots, crawlers, scrapers, data-mining tools, or similar automated methods to access or collect data from the Service;
- remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or
- use the Service in a way that violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Unimetatech and its licensors.
6. Subscriptions, purchases, and payments
Some portions of the Service may be offered for a fee, including subscriptions or other digital purchases. Before you complete a purchase, we or the relevant app store or payment provider will show the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, and other material conditions.
Unless the purchase terms say otherwise:
- a subscription may renew automatically for successive periods until you cancel it;
- you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you select;
- cancellation normally prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a period that has already begun; and
- refunds, taxes, payment disputes, and cancellation procedures are governed by the purchase terms, the applicable app store or payment provider rules, and applicable law.
If payment is declined, reversed, overdue, or otherwise unavailable, we may suspend or limit the relevant paid feature until payment is resolved. Prices and availability may change prospectively. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank, card issuer, app store, telecommunications provider, or other payment provider.
You may not use another person’s payment method without permission or attempt to avoid, reverse, or improperly dispute a valid charge. Paid access and subscriptions are personal and may not be sold or transferred unless we expressly permit it.
7. Third-party services and app stores
The Service may be accessed through or may interoperate with third-party services, devices, app stores, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, or other platforms. Those third parties may impose additional terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with them.
If you download the Service from an app store, your use may also be subject to that app store’s terms. The app store is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the Service unless its own terms require it. Any billing or refund request relating to an app-store purchase may need to be directed to that app store.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. A link does not mean that Unimetatech endorses or controls the third party. We are not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, or practices.
8. Ownership and intellectual property
The Service and all materials made available through it, including software, designs, text, graphics, artwork, video, audio, photographs, logos, trademarks, service marks, domain names, compilations, and the selection and arrangement of content (collectively, “Service Materials”), are owned by or licensed to Unimetatech and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Service in Section 5, these Terms do not grant you any ownership or other intellectual-property rights in the Service or Service Materials. “YouShortz,” Unimetatech names and logos, and related marks are trademarks of Unimetatech or its licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission.
If you voluntarily send us suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the Service (“Feedback”), you grant Unimetatech a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit that Feedback for any lawful purpose, without compensation or attribution, to the extent permitted by law.
9. No user-generated content or interactive posting
The Service is not a platform for user-generated content. At this time, users may not create, upload, submit, publish, display, transmit, distribute, or license text, images, video, audio, comments, reviews, posts, messages, or other content through the Service. The Service also does not currently provide user forums, chat rooms, direct messaging, or community feeds.
You must not attempt to bypass, disable, or misuse any technical restriction intended to prevent such submissions. If we later introduce a feature that allows user submissions, additional terms will apply before that feature is made available.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy made available through the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that Privacy Policy. Where the Service links to a separate privacy notice for a particular feature or third-party service, that notice may also apply.
11. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, and authorized purposes. In addition to the restrictions in Section 5, you must not:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization;
- access another person’s account or attempt to obtain credentials, payment information, or personal information without authorization;
- introduce malware, viruses, corrupted files, or other harmful code;
- interfere with, overload, probe, scan, test, or disrupt the Service or its security;
- circumvent access controls, geographic restrictions, subscription requirements, digital-rights protections, or other technical measures;
- use the Service to develop or provide a competing product or service, or to train an automated system using Service Materials, unless we expressly authorize it in writing;
- use automated means to create accounts, make requests, or extract information at a rate that may burden the Service; or
- attempt, encourage, or help anyone else to do any of the foregoing.
Because the Service does not currently support user submissions, you must not try to use an unofficial endpoint, integration, or other means to submit content, comments, messages, or community posts.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have a paid subscription, cancellation must be completed through the purchase channel described at checkout or in the relevant account settings; deleting an application may not cancel a subscription.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service if we reasonably believe that you breached these Terms, created risk for other users or the Service, engaged in fraud or unlawful conduct, failed to pay, or if suspension is necessary for security, maintenance, legal, or regulatory reasons.
After termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, dispute terms, and general provisions—will survive. Any refund or credit will be handled under the applicable purchase terms and law.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND SERVICE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” UNIMETATECH AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, free of harmful components, or available at every time or location; that any content will be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for you; or that defects will be corrected. Content availability may vary by country, device, language, age rating, and licensing restrictions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIMETATECH AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE LOSS OR DAMAGE, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF UNIMETATECH AND THE OTHER PARTIES LISTED ABOVE FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO UNIMETATECH FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) US$50.
These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if a party was advised that the loss or damage might occur. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so part of this section may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unimetatech and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, violation of law, or violation of another person’s rights.
16. Disputes and governing law
If you have a dispute or concern, please first contact us at contact@unimetatv.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Unimetatech Limited is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in a court or other forum with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer-protection rights or your right to bring a claim in a forum that the law requires us to accept.
17. General terms
- Internet and device costs. You are responsible for internet access, mobile-data, device, and other charges imposed by your providers.
- International use. The Service may not be appropriate or available in every country. You are responsible for complying with local laws, including export and sanctions rules.
- No relationship. These Terms do not create a partnership, employment, agency, fiduciary, or joint-venture relationship between you and Unimetatech.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Severability. If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented for a particular feature or purchase are the entire agreement concerning the Service and replace prior agreements on that subject.
- Electronic communications. You agree that notices and other communications may be provided electronically, subject to applicable law.

Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Terms of Use. It explains conduct that is not allowed when accessing or using YouShortz.
1. Lawful and authorized use
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, evade contractual or technical restrictions, or interfere with another person’s use of the Service.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- use the Service for fraud, deception, money laundering, or unauthorized commercial activity;
- impersonate Unimetatech, a creator, a partner, another user, or any other person or organization;
- bypass authentication, subscription, geographic, age, or device restrictions;
- access or attempt to access non-public systems, accounts, APIs, or data;
- scrape, harvest, index, mirror, frame, or systematically copy Service Materials;
- use automated scripts or tools in a way that burdens, disrupts, or degrades the Service;
- transmit malware or conduct security testing without our written authorization;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it;
- record, redistribute, rebroadcast, or commercially exploit content except as expressly authorized; or
- submit, upload, post, transmit, or try to distribute user-generated content, comments, reviews, messages, or community material through any unofficial means.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, block activity, preserve relevant information, or take other reasonable action. We may also refer suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities. Nothing in this Policy requires us to monitor every use of the Service or creates an obligation to do so.
If you have a security concern or believe that the Service is being misused, contact contact@unimetatv.com.
